Pooja Ranjan has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Capital One India, where she will lead efforts focused on HR strategy, organisational transformation and people initiatives across the country.
Ranjan brings extensive experience across Capital One, AntWorks and IBM, with a career spanning several areas of human resources and organisational transformation.
Her expertise includes HR transformation, process transformation, talent and transformation, Workday, organisational change, compensation and HR process leadership. She has also worked on global HR initiatives across multiple international markets.
In her new role, Ranjan will focus on strengthening Capital One India’s HR strategy while supporting workplace and people-focused initiatives. Her experience across HR transformation and international markets will contribute to the company’s broader organisational priorities in India.
The appointment brings together her experience in people strategy, HR processes, technology-enabled transformation and organisational change as she takes on the leadership of Capital One India’s human resources function.
