Workday, a global leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, has promoted Caleb Moore to Senior Director of its People Business Partner Team. In this role, Moore will lead global people strategy, organizational development, and leadership alignment, partnering with senior executives to reinforce Workday’s high-performance culture and drive strategic growth across functions.
With over six years at Workday, Moore has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s people and leadership development framework. Previously, he served as Director of the People Business Partner Team, collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer to optimize organizational design and enhance leadership effectiveness globally. Earlier, as Senior Manager of the team, he worked with the Chief Design Officer to evolve Workday’s product experience organization and support HRBPs in talent development and career growth initiatives.
Before joining Workday, Moore gained extensive experience in human resources and organizational development at leading global companies. At Tesla, he served as Senior HR Business Partner, supporting business transformation and workforce scaling. He also held roles at GE Digital and GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), and contributed to HR strategy execution at Graco, ExxonMobil, and Al-Khalij Holding Company, gaining expertise in leadership development, HR transformation, and change management across multiple markets.
Known for connecting organizational strategy with people impact, Moore has consistently built cultures of empowerment, accountability, and innovation. His promotion to Senior Director highlights Workday’s commitment to nurturing its leadership bench and fostering a purpose-driven, people-first organization.
