Marking a key leadership addition for one of India’s largest construction and infrastructure companies. In this role, Bikram will guide the company’s people strategy and HR transformation for a workforce of more than 15,000 employees across 13 regional offices. His experience spans HR leadership, organizational development, digital HR systems, and talent strategy, making him well suited to support NCC’s next phase of human capital growth.

Bikram’s foundation in HR was built through senior roles at Mindtree and during his 24 year career at Larsen and Toubro. At L and T, he held several important leadership responsibilities, including heading HR for L and T NxT, modernizing global HR policies, and leading leadership hiring from the CEO and MD office.
