Strengthening its financial services portfolio, Axis Bank has announced an additional investment of ₹1,500 crore in its subsidiary, Axis Finance. The funds will be infused in phases and are expected to be completed by March 2027.

This move follows a recent change in regulations by the Reserve Bank of India, which has made such investments easier. It also adds to the ₹2,375 crore already invested by Axis Bank in Axis Finance over the past 10 years.

Axis Finance provides a wide range of financial services, including consumer loans, home loans, MSME financing, corporate loans, and real estate funding.

The company has built a strong nationwide presence and reported assets worth ₹41,583 crore as of March 2025, highlighting its growing role in the financial services sector.

Axis Finance continues to show steady growth. It has reported profit after tax while maintaining a low net NPA ratio.
