
Since joining Schneider Electric nearly 4 years ago, Ashveen has progressed through several strategic HR and diversity leadership positions. Her previous roles include Manager Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Senior Manager Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Deputy General Manager DEI and HRBP.
Across these positions, she played a key role in strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies while supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation and business partnering initiatives. Her work focused on building inclusive workplace practices, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people strategies with broader business goals.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Ashveen spent 5 years with Tata Consultancy Services, where she worked as HR Business Partner and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist. During her tenure, she developed strong expertise in HR strategy, talent engagement, employee relations, and inclusion-focused initiatives.
Ashveen also completed her MBA from Christ University, Bangalore. Earlier in her academic journey, she undertook an internship at PepsiCo, helping shape her foundation in strategic people leadership and HR management.
With this elevation, Schneider Electric continues strengthening its people leadership team while advancing its focus on inclusive growth, HR transformation, and organizational development.
