Aokah strengthens GCC advisory board with Alpa Inamdar appointment

Aokah has strengthened its leadership advisory group by appointing financial services and transformation executive Alpa Inamdar to its Advisory Board. She brings more than 25 years of experience across enterprise operations, technology and strategic transactions as the company expands its AI-powered Global Capability Center (GCC) platform.

Inamdar has held senior leadership positions at AIG, BNY Mellon and Goldman Sachs. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, IPOs, divestitures, operating-model transformation, technology modernization and revenue growth.

Her appointment adds financial services and large-scale transformation expertise to Aokah’s advisory group as GCCs move beyond traditional offshore delivery models. Aokah helps enterprises design, build, operate and optimize GCCs using AI-driven decision intelligence, data and expert guidance.

Inamdar has led enterprise initiatives across finance, investments, insurance, technology and global operations. She has worked on business integrations following transactions, operating-model redesign and technology-led transformation programs.

She also has experience across business strategy, artificial intelligence and machine learning, technology and organizational design. She currently advises Graphite GTC and Black Kite on transformation, operational resilience and AI-led growth.

“Alpa brings a rare combination of strategic vision, transformation expertise and deep financial services experience,” said Atul Vashistha, chairman and CEO of Aokah. “As enterprises rethink how work is organized and delivered, her perspective on AI, global talent and operating-model transformation will be invaluable as we scale Aokah.”

Steve Rudderham, chair of the Aokah Advisory Board, said Inamdar’s enterprise operations expertise would strengthen the group as companies manage the convergence of AI, global talent and GCC transformation.

“Enterprises have an unprecedented opportunity to rethink how they organize, execute and scale work globally,” Inamdar said. “The convergence of AI, global talent and new operating models is creating a significant opportunity for GCCs and enterprise transformation.”

Inamdar is also president and creator of Women Helping Women, a mentorship program supporting women in financial services, and a member of the Forbes Finance Council.

She joins an advisory board that includes senior leaders from Ecolab, Rolls-Royce, Brompton Bicycle, Carrier and the Business Board Network. The board provides guidance on global business services, enterprise transformation and AI-enabled operating models.

Aokah’s platform covers the GCC lifecycle from strategy and location selection to talent, operations, governance and optimization. It combines AI-based decision intelligence, enterprise data and advisory expertise to help companies make GCC planning and execution a more data-driven part of their broader operating strategy.
