Eaton has announced the promotion of Anna Castle as Vice President, Human Resources for its Aerospace Group, effective July 6, 2026. With nearly 17 years of experience at Eaton, she will lead the group’s people strategy, working closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, develop talent, and support the company’s next phase of growth and innovation in aerospace technologies.
Anna most recently served as Vice President – Human Resources, Finance Function, where she led a global HR team supporting more than 3,200 employees. She partnered with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership to align talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, change management, and employee relations with key business priorities, helping drive high performance across the global finance organization.
Before that, she held the role of Director – Human Resources, Sector Functions, where she managed HR for Eaton’s sector finance and operations functions. She also served as Director – Human Resources for Eaton’s enterprise-wide ERP Transformation, leading the people strategy during a major business transformation initiative.
Earlier in her career, Anna was Director – Human Resources for the Power Reliability Division, supporting nearly 2,000 employees across 5 locations, including operations in Mexico. She also led strategic HR initiatives for the Electrical Sector Americas.
Over the years, Anna has held several leadership positions at Eaton, including Human Resources Manager, Senior HR Generalist, and participant in the company’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program. During these roles, she supported manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, and corporate teams across multiple locations in the U.S.
She began her journey with Eaton as a Human Resources Intern in the Aerospace business, providing HR support to manufacturing and administrative teams. Her career reflects steady growth through leadership, business partnership, and people-focused strategy.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, providing a strong academic foundation that complements her extensive experience in strategic human capital management.
