Ankit will lead the HR function with a focus on talent strategy, employee engagement, compliance and organisational effectiveness.
Before this role, Ankit was associated with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for nearly 10 years across multiple properties. Most recently, he served as Human Resources Director at Alila Diwa Goa – A Hyatt Brand, where he led HR operations, driving people strategy, talent development, and employee engagement in a luxury hospitality environment.
Earlier, he held progressive HR leadership roles within Hyatt, including Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Hyatt Raipur, and Personnel Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune. His journey reflects steady growth across HR operations, talent management, and compliance within the hospitality sector.
Ankit also gained experience with Hilton Worldwide as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. He began his HR career with roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Trident Hotels, building a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, statutory compliance, and training and development.
Notably, his early career includes operational experience in Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Kolkata, giving him a well-rounded understanding of hospitality operations and employee lifecycle management.
Ankit holds a PG Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law School Pune, strengthening his expertise in labour law and compliance.
