South Jersey Industries has named Amy Masci as . She joins the company at a time when it is strengthening its utility foundation while accelerating investments in renewable energy and decarbonization. In her new role, she will lead the people strategy to build future-ready capabilities aligned with growth and innovation.
Before joining South Jersey Industries, Amy spent over 10 years at Comcast. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Organizational Development, Culture and Inclusion. She led a Center of Excellence covering talent management, engagement, inclusion, and change initiatives for around 10,000 employees across the Northeast Division. She also drove enterprise talent and succession strategies and supported large-scale transformation programs.
Earlier at Comcast, she was Vice President, Human Resources – Comcast India. She led HR strategy for more than 5,000 employees across Comcast, Sky, and NBCUniversal. During this period, she scaled HR operations amid rapid growth and delivered strong enterprise value through effective workforce planning. She also held senior HR leadership roles supporting Comcast Business and Cable HQ functions, partnering with executives on organisational design, talent strategy, and performance management.
Prior to Comcast, Amy held leadership positions at NBCUniversal and Campbell Soup Company. In these roles, she focused on strategic HR business partnering, organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee relations across complex business environments.
Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
In her new position, she will play a central role in aligning talent strategy with South Jersey Industries’ evolving business priorities and long-term sustainability goals.
