Walia has a strong track record of leading large scale technology programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes. His previous experience spans organisations such as Wonder Cement Ltd., GR INFRA, and other companies across the cement, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology services sectors.
Across his career, Walia has led major ERP and CRM implementations and driven plant automation initiatives. He has also played a key role in IT and OT integration, enabling smarter and more connected industrial operations. His work further includes enterprise wide initiatives in data management, analytics, cybersecurity, and the adoption of AI across business functions.
In his new role at Kanodia Group, Walia will focus on aligning technology strategy with long term business priorities. His mandate includes accelerating digitisation across operations and embedding AI led decision making to support sustainable and future ready growth across the Group’s diverse portfolio.
The appointment reflects Kanodia Group’s focus on strengthening its digital foundation and using technology as a core driver of efficiency, resilience, and scale.
