AML RightSource Secures 157,000 Sq Ft in Noida for Its Global Capability Centre (GCC), Boosting the Region’s Commercial Rise

In a strategic move reflecting Noida’s emergence as a global business magnet, AML RightSource, a U.S.-headquartered leader in financial crime compliance and third-party risk management, has signed a lease for a massive 157,000 sq ft of premium office space at Max Square, a Grade A commercial tower. The facility will house AML RightSource’s upcoming Global Capability Centre (GCC)—a significant addition to the growing corporate landscape in the region.

This milestone highlights Noida’s transformation into a high-demand destination for multinational firms setting up base in India. Industry experts point to the imminent Jewar Airport launch, superior infrastructure, and increased connectivity as key reasons behind Noida’s escalating appeal. Real estate specialists also note that competitive rentals and modern workspaces are drawing global players looking for long-term operational hubs.

The trend is evident: IT majors like Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, and Teleperformance have already planted flags in Noida in recent quarters. According to industry observers, this shift reflects a larger real estate wave in the National Capital Region (NCR). In Q1 2025, NCR recorded a gross leasing volume (GLV) of 2.8 million sq ft, with Noida accounting for 35% of the total. The Noida Expressway sub-region alone registered a 1.7x surge compared to the previous year’s average.

Real estate entrepreneur Sachin Arora, founder of a leading property firm, stated, “The recent infrastructure push has significantly increased the demand for office spaces in Noida.” He also emphasized the growing interest of top-tier developers in the area, paving the way for more multinational firms to find quality office real estate.

Data from property analysts reveals that multinational corporations have leased nearly 5.09 million sq ft of office space across Delhi-NCR in the past two years to establish GCCs. Noida has emerged as a top contender thanks to its affordability, modern amenities, and strong transport network.

While Bengaluru remains the frontrunner—housing around 42% of GCC office stock—Noida is fast catching up. With more than 1,800 GCCs now spread across 240 million sq ft in India’s top seven cities, Noida is carving out a formidable reputation as a thriving tech and business hub.

This latest move by AML RightSource cements Noida’s growing role in India’s global business story—where infrastructure meets innovation, and the future of work finds its foundation.
