Airbnb has revealed that artificial intelligence now generates nearly 60% of the code written by its engineering teams, highlighting the growing role of AI in software development across the global technology industry.
During the company’s recent earnings call, Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky said AI tools are helping teams build products faster and improve feature rollouts more efficiently. The company said the increased use of AI has also supported quicker product iterations and operational efficiency.
