Adani Power has appointed Ramayanam Peddanna as Chief Business Officer & Senior Vice President. Bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the power sector, he will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening operational performance, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Ramayanam is an experienced energy leader with a strong track record of leading large-scale thermal power operations, driving business transformation, and delivering operational excellence across some of India’s largest power generation assets.

Before joining Adani Power, he spent nearly 18 years at JSW Energy Ltd. During his tenure, he led plant operations, commissioning projects, turnaround initiatives, performance improvement programs, and the management of large-scale power generation assets. His leadership consistently contributed to improved operational efficiency and stronger business performance.

His appointment reflects Adani Power’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team and advancing operational excellence across its power generation business.
