Expanding its AI-powered laptop lineup in India, Acer has launched the new Aspire 5 AI laptop with up to Intel Core Ultra 7 H-series processors. The laptop is designed for productivity, content consumption, and light gaming while offering a thin-and-light form factor.
The Acer Aspire 5 AI starts at Rs. 79,999 and comes in a Silver colour option. It will be available through Acer Exclusive Stores, Acer’s online store, Amazon India, Croma, Reliance Digital, and Vijay Sales.
The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA IPS display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It also includes Acer ComfyView technology to reduce glare during extended usage.
Acer has equipped the device with Intel Core Ultra 5 and Intel Core Ultra 7 processors. One listed configuration includes the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H chipset with clock speeds up to 4.5GHz, paired with integrated Intel graphics.
The Aspire 5 AI supports up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD storage. It runs on Windows 11 Home 64-bit and is categorised as a Copilot+ PC.
For connectivity, the laptop supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 or newer. It includes 2 USB Type-C ports, 3 USB Type-A ports, HDMI, SD card reader, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Kensington lock slot.
The device also comes with a Full HD webcam featuring a physical privacy shutter, dual stereo speakers with HD Audio support, and built-in microphones.
Acer has packed the Aspire 5 AI with a 53.8Wh battery that supports 65W USB Type-C charging. Additional features include a 180-degree hinge, backlit keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key, and a precision touchpad supporting multi-gesture controls.
The laptop weighs around 1.2kg and comes bundled with a 1-year carry-in warranty.
