Cohance Lifesciences has announced the appointment of Abbimanyu Ojhha as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing an experienced finance leader on board as the pharmaceutical company continues its growth journey.
Ojhha brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across leading pharmaceutical organisations. His expertise spans financial strategy, enterprise transformation, capital stewardship, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and long-term value creation.
During his career, Ojhha has led financial initiatives involving global divestments, large-scale acquisitions, EBITDA improvement and cash flow enhancement across multinational markets. His experience across the United Kingdom, India, Romania and South Africa has also given him exposure to diverse business environments and international markets.
At Cohance Lifesciences, his financial and strategic leadership experience is expected to support the company’s growth priorities, strengthen financial stewardship and contribute to long-term value creation.
The appointment comes as financial leadership continues to play a broader role in the pharmaceutical industry, with CFOs increasingly involved in capital allocation, business transformation, portfolio decisions and sustainable growth alongside their traditional responsibilities for financial management and governance.
