Based in Bengaluru, Aarun will lead the company’s financial operations, focusing on operational excellence, finance transformation, and managing complex financial frameworks.

With more than 20 years of international experience across India and Australia, Aarun brings deep expertise in finance operations, accounting transformation, and global compliance management to his new leadership role.

Since joining Okta, he has steadily progressed within the finance leadership division and most recently served as Director of Finance Operations. His latest elevation reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership and operational capabilities.

Before joining Okta, Aarun spent over 6 years at Veritas Technologies LLC, where he served as Director of Accounting. During his tenure, he received the prestigious CEO Award for successfully establishing the company’s accounting shared service center (SSC) in Pune.

Earlier in his career, he worked for more than 4 years at Credit Suisse as AVP Finance and Accounts, where he managed reporting frameworks including USGAAP, IFRS, and Swiss GAAP.

He has also held senior international finance and accounting roles at Suncorp Group and Yellow Brick Road, gaining extensive experience in global financial operations and compliance management.

Across the industry, Aarun is recognized for his expertise in finance shared services, accounting transformation strategies, and global statutory compliance.
