Over the years, Sahil has built and managed strong portfolios across Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Karnataka and Maharashtra. His career includes leading large teams, expanding multi state businesses and managing high value books across KCC, tractor loans, CASA growth and rural credit channels.
At Finova Capital and ICICI Bank, Sahil held senior positions such as Zonal Head, State Head, Product Head, Cluster Branch Manager, Regional Head and Area Sales Manager. In these roles, he contributed to business transformation, portfolio profitability and operational excellence. He has deep experience in scaling lending businesses, strengthening distribution channels and building strong dealer networks. He is also known for maintaining disciplined portfolio quality and low delinquency levels.
Sahil’s exposure to B2B ecosystems, startup aligned strategies and large team management adds to his strength in driving future growth at Namdev Finvest Private Limited. His background supports the organisation’s aim to widen its financial services reach in emerging markets and build stronger lending capabilities.
