In this role Jenna will oversee people strategy, workforce planning, talent processes and HR operations across the organisation’s trucking, warehousing, co packing and freight brokerage divisions. She will play a key role in shaping employee experience, strengthening HR systems and supporting the company’s continued growth as an asset based logistics provider.
Before joining Keller Logistics Group, Jenna Holzhauer served as AVP Human Resources Manager at Farmers and Merchants State Bank in Archbold Ohio. During nearly three years in this role she led HR operations, employee relations, compliance and organisational development initiatives. Her efforts supported a rapidly evolving financial services environment and improved people processes across the bank’s multiple locations.
Earlier Jenna built a strong HR foundation during her long tenure at ProMedica where she held roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist and HR Assistant. She supported HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, workforce support and organisational effectiveness in a large and complex healthcare setting.
Her early career began at Kroger where she gained valuable operational and people centred experience. Over a decade she worked in roles such as Customer Service Coordinator and Service Director. Jenna developed skills in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, workforce scheduling and customer operations management in a high volume retail environment.
Across banking, healthcare and retail Jenna Holzhauer has demonstrated strong capability in leading HR operations, managing people focused programs and strengthening organisational culture. These experiences position her well to guide HR at Keller Logistics Group as the company continues to expand its logistics, warehousing and co packing footprint across the United States.
