Manoj Deorukhkar joins Shapoorji Pallonji Group as Chief Information Officer

With more than 30 years of experience in IT strategy, digitalisation, analytics, cybersecurity, and business process transformation, Manoj brings a strong understanding of how technology can drive enterprise growth and operational excellence.

In his new role, Manoj will lead the Group’s technology vision and oversee initiatives focused on innovation, scalability, business continuity, and data-driven decision-making across its diverse business verticals.

Before rejoining Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Manoj served as Chief Information Officer at Sterling and Wilson, where he played a major role in strengthening digital capabilities, establishing business continuity frameworks, and advancing the company’s global IT infrastructure.

During his earlier tenure at Shapoorji Pallonji Group as Senior Vice President (IT), he led key SAP and enterprise transformation projects that modernised operations and improved efficiency.

Manoj’s career also includes leadership positions at Accenture, Capgemini, Bristlecone (Mahindra Consulting), and Tata Steel. In these roles, he successfully led large-scale IT-enabled business transformation and operational improvement programmes across industries.

His return to Shapoorji Pallonji Group as CIO highlights the company’s continued focus on leveraging technology as a driver of sustainable growth, resilience, and innovation.
