Deepak brings extensive experience in financial leadership across global technology and consulting organisations.
Before joining Mastek, Deepak served as the Chief Financial Officer at MarketsandMarkets, a private equity-backed and Forbes-recognised management consulting firm. During his tenure, he led key initiatives in fundraising, investor relations, and pre-IPO planning, strengthening the company’s financial foundation and growth strategy.
Deepak has also held senior financial roles at Square Panda Inc., where he managed corporate structuring and business expansion, and at Motorola Solutions, where he oversaw finance operations across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America regions.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the success of several leading organisations including Dimension Data, HP, Wipro Technologies, and Lodha and Co. His expertise lies in strategic finance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Deepak has actively mentored startups through Accelerating Asia Ventures and led Starperformers Consulting Pte Ltd, where he supported small and medium enterprises in achieving financial growth and transformation. As a former Official Member of the Forbes Finance Council, he has shared valuable insights and thought leadership on global financial practices.
In his new role at Mastek, Deepak will focus on driving financial growth, enhancing value creation, and strengthening the company’s global presence. His appointment reflects Mastek’s commitment to building strong financial leadership and sustaining long-term business growth.
