Radisson to debut its luxury lifestyle brand near Navi Mumbai International Airport

Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement to open the Radisson Collection Hotel near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, marking the brand’s first entry into Maharashtra. The move highlights the Group’s plan to strengthen its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, a fast growing hub for business and hospitality.

Scheduled to open by the first quarter of 2030, the hotel will offer three hundred fifty rooms and suites, along with curated dining spaces that include a specialty restaurant and rooftop bars. Guests will have access to a world class spa, advanced wellness facilities and flexible event venues suitable for corporate meetings, social gatherings and luxury weddings.

The property will reflect the signature Radisson Collection style, focusing on timeless elegance, warm hospitality and contemporary design that aligns with Mumbai’s modern and cosmopolitan character.

Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, said, “We are proud to introduce the Radisson Collection brand to Maharashtra with this signing in Navi Mumbai, one of India’s fastest developing business and lifestyle destinations. As the region gears up to welcome the new international airport, we anticipate significant growth in both transit and corporate travel. This property will not only cater to the rising demand for premium accommodation but also redefine luxury hospitality in the city with its design, experiences and service philosophy.”

The project deepens Radisson’s partnership with Hill Crest Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, following their earlier collaboration for the Radisson Blu Plaza Resort and Convention Centre in Karjat. Debasish Chakraborty, Chairman and Managing Director of Hill Crest Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, said, “We are delighted to partner with Radisson Hotel Group to bring the Radisson Collection brand to Navi Mumbai. This collaboration represents our shared vision to create a destination that captures the city’s modern spirit while offering an unparalleled hospitality experience.”

Davashish Srivastava, Chief Development Officer for South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, said the signing strengthens the Group’s luxury portfolio in Western India. He added that Navi Mumbai’s growing connectivity and infrastructure make it the ideal location for a flagship Radisson Collection property designed to reflect local character while maintaining global standards.
