WPP opens its first integrated campus in Brazil to unite 21 agencies

WPP has officially opened its first campus in Brazil, located in the Vila Leopoldina neighbourhood of São Paulo. The new space brings together close to four thousand people from twenty one WPP agencies, including Ogilvy, VML, Fbiz, Grey and Burson, creating a shared environment designed to promote collaboration, creativity and innovation.

The WPP São Paulo Campus occupies thirty nine thousand square metres within a larger fifty seven thousand square metre complex. It features modern infrastructure tailored for contemporary work culture and is designed to connect with the surrounding community. The project was developed by award winning architect Gustavo Utrabo and reflects the dual character of the region, where industrial and artisanal influences come together. The design includes hand moulded concrete walls, gardens with native species and a perforated metallic curtain that surrounds the building, creating a fluid experience between indoors and outdoors.

At the inauguration event, WPP CEO Cindy Rose said, “Brazil is one of the most dynamic and creative markets in the world, and the WPP São Paulo Campus is a powerful symbol of our commitment to the country. It is designed to be a truly inspiring and open space where our people, clients and partners can come together to learn, create and drive AI enabled growth.” She added that the campus is a strategic investment in talent, giving teams the right environment and tools such as WPP Open to deliver strong results for clients.

Stefano Zunino, Country Manager of WPP in Brazil, said, “The WPP São Paulo Campus is the embodiment of our future vision for the marketing and communications industry in Brazil. It is a space that transcends the concept of an office to become a vibrant ecosystem for the greatest talents in our sector, a temple of creativity.” He said the company is proud to build its presence in Vila Leopoldina, a neighbourhood undergoing change and poised to become a centre of creativity and innovation. He added that bringing all agencies under one roof strengthens their ability to deliver creative transformation for clients.

The São Paulo Campus is part of WPP’s global campus strategy, which includes more than sixty five campuses set to open worldwide by the end of 2025. It joins recently opened campuses in Sydney, Paris, Manchester and Toronto.
