ANSR has announced the appointment of Anand Shanmugham as Managing Director, Sales for North America. Anand brings with him over twenty years of leadership experience in technology services, client engagement, and business transformation across global markets.
In his new role, Anand will lead ANSR’s growth strategy in the North American region. He will focus on strengthening client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating enterprise adoption of ANSR’s Global Capability Center (GCC) model.
Before joining ANSR, Anand held several senior leadership roles at Wipro, where he served as Vice President and Sector Head for Retail, Services and Transportation. During his tenure, he led major digital transformation initiatives and managed large global client portfolios. His earlier experience includes leadership positions at NTT DATA Americas, Cognizant, and Infosys, where he developed expertise in scaling strategic accounts and delivering end-to-end business solutions.
With a strong understanding of technology-led enterprise growth and customer success, Anand’s appointment reinforces ANSR’s commitment to helping global organisations build and scale their technology and innovation capabilities in India. His experience in managing complex client portfolios and driving digital initiatives is expected to play a crucial role in expanding ANSR’s footprint across North America.
