In this key leadership role, he will guide the people and purpose teams across the region, focusing on workforce transformation, culture, and people strategies that support Deloitte’s goal of empowering professionals and delivering outstanding client value.
With more than 20 years of international experience in human resources and organisational development, Andy has built a strong reputation across the consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors. His leadership at Deloitte has played a major role in shaping a people-centred business model that supports growth across multiple countries in the region.
Andy has been part of Deloitte Middle East for over six years. In his previous role as director for people and purpose, he created a robust HR framework that supported Deloitte’s rapid expansion. Under his guidance, the firm grew from 400 to more than 1,500 employees across eight locations in six countries. He also strengthened systems for recruitment, HR operations, and learning and development to improve employee experience.
Before joining Deloitte, Andy served as director of organisational development at the special projects office of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein. There, he contributed to projects across institutions including Godolphin, Al Jalila Children’s Hospital, and Dubai Healthcare City, with a focus on performance improvement and HR excellence.
Earlier, Andy spent over a decade at Aon, where he held senior roles such as chief operating officer and head of organisational effectiveness and performance. He led consulting practices across the Middle East, managing large-scale HR transformation and organisational design projects for major employers in sectors such as banking, government, healthcare, and telecom.
His career began at Nabarro LLP (now CMS) and later at Buro Happold, where he established international HR operations across the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
Andy’s appointment reflects Deloitte’s continued commitment to leadership that champions people, innovation, and purpose-driven growth across the Middle East.
