Anand brings over 20 years of experience across corporate law, real estate, and financial services, having worked with leading organisations such as Piramal Enterprises Limited, SUN-Apollo Ventures, HDFC Property Ventures Limited, ICICI Bank, Tata Housing Development Company Limited, and DAEWOO INDIA Motors India Ltd.
At Piramal Enterprises, he served as Group General Counsel and President, Legal, leading strategic legal initiatives and governance frameworks across multiple business divisions.
Throughout his career, Anand has built a reputation for managing complex legal and regulatory matters, driving compliance excellence, and guiding high-value transactions. His roles at HDFC Property Ventures and SUN-Apollo Ventures strengthened his expertise in real estate private equity, while his earlier positions at ICICI Bank and Tata Housing helped shape his solid foundation in corporate legal practices.
