Oracle has expanded its presence in Dubai Internet City, the region’s premier tech hub under TECOM Group PJSC, with the launch of a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre showcasing the latest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and innovations.
The centre was inaugurated by Abdulla Belhoul, Chief Executive Officer of TECOM Group, and Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City.
The facility features a reimagined Zayed Innovation Hub, one of the UAE’s first AI-dedicated hubs. The hub offers customers, partners, and government leaders across the Middle East hands-on exposure to Oracle’s enterprise-ready AI solutions through interactive demonstrations and real-world use cases.
Designed to accelerate AI adoption, the centre leverages over 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and industry-focused Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, incorporating AI, Generative AI, and AI agent platforms. It also helps organisations explore new business opportunities and upskill their workforce.
The centre includes the popular Oracle Red Bull Racing experience, allowing visitors to experience driving a championship-winning Formula 1™ car while understanding how Oracle Cloud-powered real-time data contributes to team performance.
Nick Redshaw, Senior Vice President – Technology, Middle East and Africa, and UAE Country Leader at Oracle, said: “For more than 36 years, Oracle has been a trusted technology partner for the UAE. With this new Customer Experience Centre, we are bringing our latest AI technologies closer to customers and partners, empowering organisations to accelerate their AI and Cloud journeys in line with Dubai’s ambition to lead globally in AI innovation.”
Ammar Al Malik added: “Collaborative innovation has strengthened Dubai’s global tech presence. Oracle’s expansion within Dubai Internet City supports our vision for a digitally enabled future driven by AI, contributing to the long-term goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”
The launch reinforces Oracle’s commitment to supporting the UAE’s digital economy and positions Dubai Internet City as a key destination for AI and next-generation technology adoption.
Established in 1999, Dubai Internet City hosts 4,000 tech companies and over 31,000 professionals, contributing to 65% of Dubai’s tech sector GDP. It is part of TECOM Group’s portfolio of ten sector-specific business districts, including Dubai Media City, Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai Science Park, and Dubai Design District.
