Dar Global has partnered with The Trump Organisation to launch Trump Plaza Jeddah, a $1bn mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia. The project marks the country’s second Trump-inspired skyscraper, following the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
Strategically located along King Abdulaziz Road in central Jeddah, Trump Plaza Jeddah is set to redefine the city’s skyline with a world-class mixed-use community. The development will feature premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office space, and exclusive townhouses.
At the heart of the project will be a Central Park-inspired landscaped spine, stretching through the development and connecting residences and serviced apartments. The design aims to bring a touch of Manhattan to Jeddah while integrating living, working, and leisure in one seamless destination.
Offices will be located adjacent to serviced apartments and residences, and thoughtfully designed home offices will be incorporated into private residences. A premium retail courtyard and curated food and beverage concepts will further enhance the lifestyle offering.
