Yashraj Biotechnology Ltd has appointed Prachi Ghogle as Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and HR transformation to support its continued global growth.
Prachi brings over 17 years of HR leadership experience across biotechnology, clinical research, consulting, and financial services sectors. Before joining Yashraj Biotechnology, she worked at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. for nearly eight years, rising to Head of Human Resources. During her tenure, she drove HR process automation, designed strategic policies, enhanced HR analytics, and strengthened employee communication and development frameworks.
Earlier, Prachi served as Head of HR at BioGenomics Ltd., leading end-to-end HR functions for over six years, and as Assistant Manager – HR at Infinium Precious Resources Ltd., where she played a key role in setting up the HR department. She also held positions as Senior Executive – HR at BDO Haribhakti Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and Executive – Recruitment at Amogh Solutions, gaining strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
With her deep expertise in performance management, talent strategy, and organizational growth, Prachi Ghogle is well-positioned to strengthen Yashraj Biotechnology’s people and culture while supporting its expansion in the global diagnostics industry.
