Deloitte has appointed Manish Baheti as Managing Director, reinforcing the firm’s leadership in India. With over 14 years at Deloitte, Baheti has held senior positions including Senior Manager and Engagement Manager, leading transformation, strategy, and analytics-driven initiatives across a variety of industries.
In addition to his corporate role, Baheti contributes to academia as a Guest Lecturer at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where he teaches Supply Chain Strategy and Analytics to postgraduate students. His involvement in shaping future leaders highlights his dedication to building thought leadership beyond the corporate environment.
Earlier in his career, Baheti worked at Siemens as Senior Executive in Marketing, managing turnkey electrics and automation projects in the Iron and Steel sector. He also gained experience with a global consulting firm as a Summer Intern in the Energy and Power Systems practice, focusing on global market sizing and benchmarking. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in marketing, strategy, and global business practices, enriching his leadership capabilities at Deloitte.
