OneAssist Consumer Solutions, a consumer assistance and protection platform, has announced the appointment of Abhishek Maheshwari as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1.
In his new role, Maheshwari will oversee business operations, strategy, and P&L delivery while driving OneAssist’s expansion into new categories, markets, and geographies. He will also focus on accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across customer experience, AI-led products, and service delivery automation to create solutions that are faster, smarter, and more relevant for today’s consumers. He will also join the company’s Board of Directors.
Maheshwari has more than two decades of experience in scaling consumer-focused businesses across technology, media, and education. He previously served as CEO of Aakash Educational Services, where he led digital transformation and growth initiatives. Earlier, as Country Head of The Walt Disney Company India, Maheshwari managed diverse brand portfolios and spearheaded transformative growth strategies.
