Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the appointment of Shivani Sharma as the Global Head of Marketing – Innovation. In this role, she will lead international initiatives aimed at positioning TCS as a trusted innovation-driven partner across industries, academia, media, clients, and analyst networks.
Shivani has been with TCS for more than 25 years and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s reputation for innovation and excellence. She has been instrumental in shaping marketing strategies that have enhanced the company’s global brand presence, particularly through her leadership as Global Head – Industry Analyst Relations and Corporate Analyst Relations.
Throughout her career, she has led several award-winning initiatives, including a globally recognised analytics programme for a medical devices client. Her efforts have also helped TCS achieve top rankings from leading analyst firms. Shivani’s contributions have earned her global recognition, including the prestigious Global Winner title at The Drum Awards 2022 for Most Effective Digital Transformation in Marketing. In 2021, she was ranked #2 worldwide by the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR).
In her new role, Shivani will focus on enhancing TCS’s marketing strategies in critical innovation domains such as AI and Gen AI, Sustainability, Software Engineering, Industry Cloud, and eCommerce. Her mandate will be to reinforce TCS’s positioning as a global leader in technology and innovation.
