Japanese insurer Tokio Marine Holdings is partnering with OpenAI to develop AI agents that use advanced data analysis to improve product planning and handle customer inquiries, a news report said on Wednesday.
Under this partnership, a unit of Tokio Marine will employ OpenAI’s deep research tool to create strategies for its sales branch offices across Japan, among other purposes. The partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making using AI technology.
The report did not provide details about the financial terms of the agreement.
