Integrate, a prominent B2B marketing software company, has announced the promotion of Samantha Blair to Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Samantha will lead the global people strategy, oversee talent development, and enhance HR systems to support the company’s growth plans.
Samantha has been an essential part of Integrate for more than three years, progressing through various leadership positions. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Director, Human Resource Business Partner and Global HR Operations. Prior to that, she served as Director, Global HR Operations and Director, HR Business Partner. Throughout her time at Integrate, Samantha has played a key role in building a strong HR framework, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and promoting a culture of collaboration.
Before joining Integrate, she worked at VillageMD as Manager, Talent Operations, where she led several HR operational projects during a phase of rapid growth for the organization.
Samantha also spent close to eight years at EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants. During her tenure there, she held multiple roles including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator. Her experience at EPIC was marked by consistent career advancement and active leadership in employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.
Samantha’s new appointment reflects her ongoing contributions and dedication to driving people-focused initiatives that align with Integrate’s strategic goals.
