Leontra Technologies has announced the appointment of Charu Ahuja as its new Chief Delivery Officer, marking a significant leadership addition to its executive team. Charu brings with her over two plus decades of deep expertise in global infrastructure service delivery, operations excellence, and enterprise technology leadership.
Charu’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as Leontra accelerates its global footprint and delivery capabilities across next-gen technology services. In this role, she will lead the company’s strategic delivery agenda, ensuring best-in-class service management, client success, and operational transformation across global markets.
An accomplished leader with a multidisciplinary background, Charu holds an MBA in Information Technology from Amity University and a PGD in Business Management from Unitec Institute of Technology, New Zealand, among several other academic and professional certifications, including credentials in cloud computing and international coaching for C suite executives.
Prior to joining Leontra, she served in senior roles at marquee firms such as Computacenter, NTT Data Services, Deloitte Consulting, IBM, HCL Technologies, Fidelity Investments and PepsiCo international consistently demonstrating excellence in delivery leadership, client management, and global team operations. She has managed large-scale teams, led high-impact transitions and transformations, and driven initiatives around CSR, DEI, and leadership coaching.
Charu’s global perspective, hands-on leadership, and proven success in driving scalable tech delivery make her a powerful asset for Leontra’s next phase of innovation and growth.
