Workspace solutions provider Incuspaze has announced the acquisition of VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS platform known for offering curated data analytics for commercial real estate. The deal includes a mix of cash and equity swap.
Founded in 2016 by Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, VSKOUT brings strong real estate data services with advanced analytics tools, data mapping, and deep insights into India’s commercial real estate sector.
With Incuspaze operating in over 50 locations and managing more than 4 million sq. ft. across 18 cities, this strategic acquisition aims to combine VSKOUT’s institutional-grade intelligence with Incuspaze’s workspace portfolio. The integration is expected to change how global capability centres and large enterprises plan expansion, select sites, and develop long-term strategies.
Incuspaze shared that VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence will be embedded into its offerings to deliver faster, scalable, and smarter solutions for clients across India and global capability centres.
As part of the merger, both VSKOUT co-founders will take on leadership roles at Incuspaze. Saumya Kumar will head the GCC vertical and lead strategic research and innovation in data, while Pankaj Jain will focus on enhancing Incuspaze’s tech stack to improve workplace experience and revenue.
The acquisition also includes the use of VSKOUT’s proprietary tools for client dashboards, occupancy forecasting, and site benchmarking. Plans are underway to introduce white-label data solutions for developers and subscription-based insights for enterprises.
Incuspaze, established in 2016, offers a range of services including managed offices, coworking spaces, asset leasing, design and build, and traditional office solutions for large Indian companies, enterprises, and global capability centres.
