A concrete example of the use of these technologies is the project for Pusterla 1880 , a leading company in the luxury packaging sector. The goal was to optimize quote management and pricing strategies. To this end, Technology Reply developed and implemented a system of specialized AI agents running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Database 23ai. These agents independently create precise cost and price proposals – directly connected to Pusterla’s Oracle Cloud ERP. The solution analyzes customer briefings in natural language, structures technical information, and creates detailed cost estimates and price proposals based on historical data and manufacturing specifications. This reduces processing times and increases process efficiency.
Another significant project was realized for the multinational Bitron corporation , which operates in the automotive, household appliances, and HVAC sectors. Technology Reply developed an AI-based conversational assistant that supports operators in predictive diagnostics and maintenance of industrial systems. This is done via a user interface integrated with the company’s systems. The foundation is a central data platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with an Autonomous Data Warehouse that consolidates all data sources into an integrated knowledge base. Using the vectorization capabilities of Oracle Database 23ai, an interactive, coherent knowledge base was created. The assistant also uses Oracle GenAI services such as Cohere Command R and Meta’s Large Language Models to analyze error codes and provide suggested solutions in real time.
