MULTIVAC Unveils Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, Strengthening India’s Tech Footprint

Hyderabad’s buzzing tech landscape just got a powerful addition as MULTIVAC opened the doors to its Global Capability Center in HITEC City, a vibrant hub of innovation and progress. Spearheaded by MULTIVAC Technology Solutions India Private Ltd., this cutting-edge facility is set to deliver IT services and software solutions to the entire MULTIVAC Group across the globe.

The center officially opened on May 21, 2025, with dignitaries gracing the event, including Sri Sanjay Kumar, IAS, Special Chief Secretary of the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, and Dr E Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, IFS, Special Secretary for Investment Promotion and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TGIIC.

Sri Sanjay Kumar applauded MULTIVAC’s arrival, urging the company to become a brand ambassador for Telangana in Germany and beyond. Dr Reddy praised the depth of Hyderabad’s talent and the ongoing work of TASK in preparing young professionals through industry-driven training.

Founded in March 2025, MULTIVAC Technology Solutions India already houses a vibrant team of 250 experts. Its mission is to strengthen the company’s digital backbone and scale IT operations from within India’s flourishing tech ecosystem. The center is strategically designed to benefit from both the infrastructure and policy support offered by the Telangana government.

Guiding the vision is Dr Marius Grathwohl, Vice President of Digital Products and Transformation at MULTIVAC, who also serves as a director of the new venture. Under his leadership, the Hyderabad center aims to align global digital goals with local talent and innovation.

This marks an important chapter in MULTIVAC’s journey, reinforcing its role as a trusted global leader in packaging and processing technologies while also strengthening India’s growing footprint in digital excellence.
