With more than 20 years of shaping enterprise software, Campbell steps into this role with a strong command of cloud technologies and artificial intelligence at scale.
He will play a key role in guiding Hyland’s strategic journey, sharpening its focus on cutting-edge advancements in content management, cloud development, data services, and AI innovation. Known for his customer-centric vision and ability to translate complex ideas into scalable success, Campbell is expected to be the catalyst for Hyland’s next leap into the digital future.

Before this chapter with Hyland, Campbell served as Chief Product Officer at Bentley Systems. There, he not only led the product roadmap but also spearheaded the shift toward cloud-first strategies, introducing Bentley’s first AI-powered offerings—initiatives that significantly drove revenue growth.
His earlier career includes a notable tenure at PTC, where he held executive leadership over multiple SaaS product divisions, guiding product strategy and engineering excellence.
At Hyland, Campbell will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company’s intelligent content platforms continue to meet the evolving needs of industries that depend on robust, scalable solutions.
