Lamborghini’s Latest Beast, the Temerario, Roars Into India at ₹6 Crore

A new chapter in speed, elegance, and hybrid performance begins as Lamborghini unveils the Temerario in India. Priced at a staggering ₹6 crore (ex-showroom), this automotive masterpiece replaces the legendary Huracan and stands as Lamborghini’s second plug-in hybrid offering after the Revuelto.

First revealed at the iconic Monterey Car Week last August, the Temerario is all set to shake up India’s supercar scene, competing head-on with the likes of McLaren 750S and Ferrari 296 GTB.

The Temerario doesn’t just drive—it sculpts air. The design takes a futuristic leap, with a shark-inspired nose, sharp LED headlights, and distinctive hexagonal DRLs that double up as air inlets to cool the engine and fine-tune aerodynamics. On the sides, muscular arches and crisp lines command attention, while massive air intakes feed the hungry engine. A concave roof directs airflow to the integrated spoiler, making the Temerario stick to the road as if born to defy gravity.

At the rear, the aggressive stance continues with hexagonal exhausts and a massive diffuser that speaks one language—performance.

Inside the cockpit, the Temerario shares DNA with the Revuelto. It feels more like a luxury spacecraft than a car, offering a fully digital 12.3-inch instrument cluster, an 8.4-inch center touchscreen, and an exclusive 9.1-inch display for the passenger. Inspired by smartphones, the interface is intuitive and sleek. Comfort is no afterthought either, with heated and ventilated seats that offer 18-way adjustments, while added legroom and headspace promise a more relaxed ride.

Practicality comes standard, with increased boot space making it surprisingly usable for daily escapades.

Under the hood lies a thunderous 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine paired with three electric motors. Together, they generate a breathtaking 907 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. With two motors at the front enabling electric-only motion and one motor embedded between the V8 and dual-clutch transmission acting as a torque bridge, the transitions are as smooth as they are explosive. The 3.8-kWh battery recharges fully in 30 minutes or via regenerative methods.

The result? A 0 to 100 kmph sprint in just 2.7 seconds and a top speed beyond 340 kmph. Add in the brand-new Drift mode in the Temerario, and you’ve got a car built not just for the road, but for raw emotion.
