OnePlus 13s Debuts as Brand’s First Compact Flagship, Powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite

OnePlus has officially stepped into the compact smartphone arena, unveiling the highly anticipated OnePlus 13s for the Indian market on April 28, 2025. This new offering extends the prestigious OnePlus 13 series, which already boasts the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R under its wing.

With its more pocket-friendly dimensions, the OnePlus 13s is set to lock horns with titans like the Google Pixel 9a and Apple iPhone 16e, carving out its space in the premium compact segment.

The Chinese tech giant has confirmed that the OnePlus 13s will be powered by the blazing-fast Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. As for memory and storage, users can expect configurations offering up to 12 GB of RAM and a massive 512 GB of storage, ensuring effortless multitasking and media storage.

In terms of display, the device is slated to feature a 6.32-inch screen, rumored to offer a buttery-smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and an eye-popping 4,000 nits peak brightness, promising an ultra-vivid viewing experience even under harsh sunlight.

Fueling the OnePlus 13s will be a robust 5,000 mAh battery, backed by an 80W fast charger included in the box, a perfect companion for those who refuse to slow down.

To add a dash of elegance, the OnePlus 13s will be available in two chic shades, Black Velvet and Pink Satin, giving users a choice between subtle sophistication and bold glamour.

Given the brand’s pricing strategy, with the OnePlus 13R already positioned in the ₹40,000 range, the OnePlus 13s is expected to cross the ₹50,000 mark, making it a premium yet compact powerhouse for enthusiasts.

As OnePlus charts its course into the compact flagship category, it’s clear the brand aims to blend performance, style, and portability into one compelling package.
