Accenture Strengthens Talent Development with Acquisition of TalentSprint

Accenture has expanded its LearnVantage capabilities through the acquisition of TalentSprint, a prominent name in the realm of deep tech education, previously owned by NSE Academy Ltd., a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India.

This strategic acquisition, announced on April 24, 2025, enhances Accenture’s efforts to cultivate future-ready talent for enterprises and governments. TalentSprint, renowned for offering transformative learning experiences in collaboration with leading academic institutions and tech enterprises, is set to integrate into Accenture’s LearnVantage initiative. This move aims to accelerate talent growth in AI, data science, cybersecurity, and other key technology areas, ensuring professionals are equipped with the cutting-edge skills needed for a rapidly evolving digital world.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, TalentSprint has been a leader in skill development, delivering highly impactful learning programs in partnership with top academic entities such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), and globally recognized institutions. The acquisition will strengthen LearnVantage’s ability to offer valuable university certifications and intensive bootcamps, fostering skilled talent pools ready for the challenges of tomorrow.

“The end-to-end delivery capabilities of TalentSprint’s learning programs provide immense value to both learners and enterprises, making it a perfect addition to our expanding LearnVantage business,” said Kishore Durg, global lead of Accenture LearnVantage. “With this addition, we can meet our clients’ growing demand for technology skill development, helping them transform their organizations and create lasting business value.”

Saurabh Kumar Sahu, head of Accenture’s India operations, further emphasized, “India’s demand for specialized technology skills is rapidly increasing as enterprises drive digital transformation. We see great potential in partnering with organizations to build a pool of talent proficient in emerging technologies.”

TalentSprint, known for its bootcamps, certifications, and e-degrees, has empowered thousands of learners at all career stages, equipping them with expertise in disruptive technologies, leadership, digital transformation, and more. The 210-person team from TalentSprint will now join Accenture LearnVantage, reinforcing the company’s mission to help organizations upskill and reskill their workforce, preparing them for an AI-driven future.

This acquisition complements Accenture’s earlier investments in Udacity and Award Solutions and aligns with its ongoing $1 billion investment in LearnVantage over three years.
