It also spearheads the group’s innovation in specialized drone development and thermal management solutions across the continent.
Anurag Sharma, a proud alumnus of IIT Roorkee, steps into this role with over 30 years of extensive experience across product development, sales, business development, P&L management, and steering large-scale engineering programs to success. His journey began at L&T, where he played a crucial role in a major project for India’s defense sector—an early foundation that set the tone for a global career in tech leadership.
Sharma’s career arc includes impactful roles at major organizations like Siemens Technology, Altran India, Ansys India, Altair Engineering, and Segula Technologies, where he was instrumental in setting up and scaling operations in India. As the Managing Director at Segula, he led major localization and industrialization initiatives, turning visions into results with precision. His expertise lies deeply rooted in electronics, semiconductors, and digital transformation, having worked with OEMs and Tier-1 partners worldwide.
Beyond the boardroom, Sharma has also delivered smart infrastructure and digital manufacturing solutions across Metals and Oil & Gas industries, especially in the Middle East, strengthening his global footprint and cross-sector credibility.
