Clirnet Appoints Krishna Kumar Banka as Chief Technology Officer

In a powerful move set to boost its tech capabilities, digital healthcare platform Clirnet Services Pvt Ltd has brought Krishna Kumar Banka on board as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). A respected figure in the IT and innovation ecosystem, Banka steps into this new role with over 27 years of rich experience across software development, artificial intelligence, and technological leadership.

With a career spanning top-tier firms like Synopsys, Cadence, Capgemini Engineering, and Keysight Technologies, Banka brings deep technical know-how and a strategic edge to Clirnet’s mission. Known for his ability to build scalable software systems, he has led high-performing global teams and shaped agile, sustainable engineering frameworks that drive long-term value. His credentials also include two U.S. patents and a registered trade secret — a testament to his legacy of innovation.

Banka, a passionate tech mentor and a strong voice for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, now takes charge of Clirnet’s AI-driven strategy across platforms that serve doctors, patients, and healthcare partners — including its flagship portal www.doctube.com.

“I am excited to join Clirnet,” said Banka. “The opportunity to leverage AI and digital innovation to empower healthcare professionals and improve outcomes is compelling. I look forward to scaling operations and transforming user experiences.”

He will work closely with Ashu Kasera, Co-Founder of Clirnet, who is now focused on product innovation and building a globally scalable solution rooted in India. The duo’s collaboration is expected to elevate Clirnet’s tech ecosystem to global benchmarks, strengthening its digital backbone as it gears up for expansion.

Co-Founder Saurav Kasera added, “His experience building scalable AI systems and leading agile teams will be crucial as we expand our offerings.”

Headquartered in Mumbai, Clirnet has cultivated a robust network of 400,000 doctors. The platform empowers healthcare providers with free digital tools that help them extend quality care to the most remote and underserved areas. Clirnet also partners closely with top medical bodies and institutions, playing a key role in shaping the digital health landscape of India.

With Banka’s appointment, Clirnet isn’t just filling a role — it’s stepping into a new chapter of transformation, where tech, empathy, and purpose converge for better healthcare outcomes.
