Officially stepping into the role on April 3, Kota now reports to UKG President and CFO Arlen Shenkman, with the mission of accelerating the company’s transformation through AI, data intelligence, and a human-first design philosophy.

There, he steered enterprise-wide digital modernization, crafted robust data platforms, and embraced cloud-first engineering. His work notably enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency at scale.
