3M India Ltd. announced important leadership changes on Thursday, naming Nikhil Arora as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, starting May 5. This announcement was made following a meeting of the 3M India Board of Directors and communicated through an exchange filing.
Arora brings over 25 years of finance experience, having held senior leadership positions in major multinational firms. Prior to his role at 3M, he was the Global CFO at Honeywell Technology Solutions. His previous roles include CFO for Honeywell’s Building Automation business in India and Asia, as well as leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dell India and Singapore, and Hindustan Lever. Arora is a Certified Public Accountant in the USA and a Cost and Management Accountant from ICWAI, India.
Additionally, the 3M Board has unanimously appointed Radhika Rajan, a Non-Executive Independent Director, as the Chairperson of the Board, effective March 26.
