Deloitte has appointed Anant Sagar as Director – Human Capital – Technology & Transformation, adding a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience across HR transformation, talent strategy, organisational design, HR technology, workforce planning, change management and people consulting.
Before joining Deloitte, Sagar was associated with Accenture Strategy & Consulting as Senior Manager – HR Strategy & Transformation, where he focused on HR transformation and technology initiatives. He previously served as Associate Director – Talent Strategy Consulting at Mercer, leading talent and transformation solutions for clients in the consumer, retail, chemicals and real estate sectors.
Earlier, Sagar spent over 4 years at EY as Senior Manager – People Consulting. During his tenure, he worked with organisations across industries on organisational design, people cost optimisation, HR functional transformation, digital transformation, change management and total rewards.
He began his HR career at ITC Limited, where he spent more than 6 years in roles such as Assistant Manager – HR Technology & Analytics and Assistant Manager – Human Resources. His responsibilities covered employee relations, HR business partnering, workforce planning and HR technology. He also gained early professional exposure through an internship with Britannia Industries Limited.
In his new position at Deloitte, Sagar will bring together his consulting and corporate HR experience to support organisations in navigating technology-led HR transformation, operating model redesign and broader people transformation initiatives.
