As businesses seek clearer insights into how AI supports their teams, Anthropic has introduced 3 new features for Claude Enterprise. The update helps administrators understand usage patterns, collect employee feedback and manage spending through shared team budgets. All 3 features are now generally available to Enterprise customers, although access may depend on an organisation’s configuration.
Smart reports offer insights into AI usage
The new smart reports feature analyses a sample of team conversations to show how employees use Claude, the cost of their tasks and the results they produce. It can also identify missing integrations, failed tool calls and repeated workflows that could be converted into reusable skills.
Administrators can create reports for specific teams and time periods, ask questions about usage and spending, and share findings with colleagues. The reports are intended to help businesses identify ways to improve AI adoption, rather than assess individual employees.
In-app surveys collect employee feedback
Anthropic has also introduced surveys that allow administrators to gather feedback directly from employees within Claude. Questions can cover how much time the AI assistant saves and which tasks could benefit from its use.
Administrators can customise survey questions, choose recipients and export responses for further analysis.
Pooled budgets give teams shared spending limits
The new pooled budgets feature allows teams to share a monthly usage allowance. Employees who need additional usage can draw from the remaining team budget, while their individual spending limits still apply.
Claude usage stops if an employee reaches their personal limit or the shared budget is exhausted. Employees can request additional usage through Claude, subject to administrator approval.
Anthropic will also email billing administrators when the shared budget reaches 50%, 75%, 95% and 100% of its limit.
