Sudhakar Ramakrishna has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer at CDK Global, where he will lead the company’s business and strategic direction.

Ramakrishna brings extensive experience in technology leadership, business transformation and executive management. His career includes senior leadership roles across technology and healthcare organisations.

Before joining CDK Global, Ramakrishna served as President, CEO and Board Director at SolarWinds. His experience also includes leadership roles at Five9, Cardinal Health, Model N and SADA, an Insight company.

Across these organisations, he has worked on business leadership, technology transformation and strategic growth. His experience spans both operational and executive responsibilities, giving him a broad background in leading technology-focused businesses.

Ramakrishna has also held several board leadership positions across technology and healthcare organisations. His board experience includes strategic oversight, audit and risk management, and broader business leadership responsibilities.

In his new role at CDK Global, Ramakrishna will draw on his experience across technology, transformation and executive leadership to guide the organisation’s business strategy and future direction.
