Ravi Doshi appointed to lead Mirae Asset Financial Services

Mirae Asset Financial Services (MAFS) has appointed Ravi Doshi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing more than 27 years of experience across lending, capital markets, loan against securities, broking, product management and business leadership.

Doshi has built a significant part of his recent career within the Mirae Asset ecosystem. Before becoming CEO, he served as Chief Business Officer at Mirae Asset Financial Services India from March 2026.

Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer at Mirae Asset Sharekhan Financial Services Limited from April 2025 to March 2026. He had earlier served as Business Head at Mirae Asset Financial Services (India) for more than 3 years, beginning in February 2022.

Before joining Mirae Asset, Doshi spent 4 years with Bank of Baroda. He served as Head – Capital Markets, overseeing Loan Against Securities, Demat & Trading, and Bankers to the Issue. He had previously led the bank’s Loan Against Securities business, building further experience across secured lending, capital markets and investment-related financial services.

Earlier, Doshi spent approximately 12 years across Reliance Financial Services and Reliance Securities (Reliance Money). At Reliance Financial Services, he served as Deputy Vice President – Equity Capital Market for 7 years, following more than 5 years as Deputy Vice President at Reliance Securities.

His earlier career included nearly 4 years with ICICI Bank as Chief Manager II and 3 years as Product Manager at ICICI Capital Services.

With a career in financial services dating back to 1999, Doshi brings experience across business building, lending, capital markets, securities, product management and financial services leadership.

His appointment as CEO adds another leadership responsibility within the Mirae Asset ecosystem as the company continues to develop its lending proposition for Indian consumers.
