The Coca-Cola Company has elevated Rishav Gandhi to Vice President – People & Culture, Eurasia and Middle East, expanding his regional leadership responsibilities after more than seven years with the global beverage company.
Gandhi announced the move on LinkedIn, marking a new chapter in his career with Coca-Cola. His elevation follows a series of leadership roles spanning talent, organisational development and people strategy.
Gandhi joined The Coca-Cola Company in January 2019 as Director of Talent Innovation. In February 2021, he moved into the role of Senior Director, Talent & Development for Latin America, before taking on a Vice President, People & Culture role in April 2023.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Gandhi spent nearly three years at Deloitte as a Management Consultant. Earlier in his career, he held several human resources and organisational effectiveness roles at Bharti Airtel, including responsibilities across total rewards, performance and organisation effectiveness.
His professional experience has centred on strategy, transformation, human capital and organisational effectiveness, bringing together business and people leadership across diverse markets.
Gandhi holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he studied Strategy and Decision Science, as well as an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
In his new role, Gandhi will lead People & Culture for Coca-Cola’s Eurasia and Middle East region, bringing his experience in talent development, organisational transformation and people strategy to an expanded regional mandate.
